See it actually work
Four of these are live today, and those previews are the real interface running. Two are still being built; their previews are mockups. Pick any of them.
Deadlines, prerequisites, sections, bookings. Answered in seconds, with every fact linked back to the QU page it came from.
How it works
No guessing, and no general knowledge. Every answer is assembled from Qatar University’s own published pages, and shows you which ones.
You ask in plain language
English, however you’d say it out loud. No course codes required, no menus to navigate.
We search QU’s own material
The catalog, study plans, the academic calendar, registration and scholarship policy, plus live calls to Banner for seats and LibCal for bookings.
You get the answer, and its source
Written only from what was retrieved, with links to the exact QU pages behind it. If the answer isn’t there, it says so and points you to the right office.
Where this tool stops
What it deliberately won’t do
A wrong deadline or a wrong prerequisite costs a student a semester. So where we can’t be certain, we say so.
01Never guess a fact
If a deadline, prerequisite or policy isn’t in QU’s published material, you get an honest “I don’t know” and the department to call, not a plausible-sounding invention.
02Never ask for your Banner password
Everything runs on QU’s public information and your own input. There is nowhere to type your university credentials, because we never need them.
03Never claim to be official
This is an independent student project. Banner and the Registrar are always the authority. We point you at them rather than replace them.
04Never hide what it can’t check
Prerequisite satisfaction, elective eligibility, whether a section will fill: where QU doesn’t publish something in a checkable form, the tool says so instead of quietly guessing.
No account needed to get value
Every tool works without signing in. An account exists for one reason: so your work is still there tomorrow, on another device.

Is this an official Qatar University product?
No. It’s an independent project built by a QU student. It reads Qatar University’s public pages, but it isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the university. For anything official (registration, grades, graduation) Banner and the Registrar are the authority.
Do you see my Banner account?
No. There is nowhere to enter your QU credentials and we never ask for them. Everything comes from QU’s public information plus whatever you choose to type in or upload yourself.
Where do the answers come from?
Qatar University’s own published material: the course catalog and prerequisites, study plans, the academic calendar, registration, admissions, scholarship and library pages. Plus live calls to Banner for section seats and LibCal for facility bookings. Every factual answer links the pages it used.
What if it gets something wrong?
It can. The tools are self-reported and unofficial, and answers are only as current as QU’s own pages. Every answer has a thumbs up/down so you can flag it, and anything that decides your semester should be confirmed in Banner or with the relevant office.
Which majors are supported?
The degree audit and roadmap currently cover 30 of QU’s roughly 46 undergraduate majors: the ones that publish a term-by-term study plan we could transcribe and check against its own stated totals. The assistant, GPA calculator and schedule builder work for every student regardless of major.
Is it free?
Yes, and there’s no paid tier. You don’t even need an account. One exists only so your chat history, degree progress and saved schedules follow you between devices.
